Ronald Parks is a senior foreign counsel in Lee & Ko’s International Tax Group.

Ron has over twenty years’ experience in international taxation & transfer pricing related to various industries ranging from advising on day-to-day cross-border transactions to the structuring of complex overseas investments.

He is an expert in international tax, treaty issues, transfer pricing and customs.

He also has significant experience in the oil and gas industry and emerging markets.

Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Ron worked for a number of big four accounting firms.  He has held various leadership positions including the head of Transfer Pricing in Deloitte, Kazakhstan, Partner and Head of Tax for Grant Thornton, Vietnam, and Tax Director and Head of (Tax) operations at KPMG Vietnam.

Ron is a member of the Florida bar, and was previously a foreign registered attorney in Vietnam.   He holds a J.D. (Honors)

from the University of Florida, College of Law and a B.A. (Honors) from Lafayette College.  He has also been an adjunct professor for various Law, MBA and Masters of Taxation programs
